"Lord, what is this city?" Leo asked as Dave led them into Reidan City, the second-largest city in the Eternal Kingdom.
This city had been on the brink of destruction before Dave, Diana, and Boa helped to save it.
After the raid on the Yatan Church was over, they relocated here and had been living in the city for quite some time, doing quests and training.
"This is Reidan. We'll rest here for now, and then we'll head to our next hunting ground," Dave said.
The disheveled knights behind him groaned.
Dave had forced them to cross the desert near Reidan, an area infested with monsters around level 300. One could only imagine the suffering his level 200 knights had endured.
However, since most of the enemies were sand worms, they had an easier time fighting them.
Now, Dave was level 258, and the knights had also caught up to his level.
Still, this was fairly low compared to the top-ranked players in the game. For example, the first-ranked player, Kraugel, was already over level 300 and so the top five players on the level ranking list.
As he entered the house where Boa and Daian were living, Dave knew he would need their help.
Since he was planning to visit the vampire cities, he had to ensure his knights' survival. Boa and Diana were perfect for this task, as they were a Saintess and a Saintess Knight, respectively—the best healer classes in Satisfy.
"You are here," Diana said as she came forward and hugged him, followed by Boa.
"Are you guys ready?" Boa asked.
Dave shook his head. "Let them rest and then, We will go to the Vampire Cities after that," he said, and they nodded in agreement.
They had already scouted the Vampire Cities—a set of 15 dungeons located in the western part of the Eternal Kingdom, later known as the Overgeared Kingdom. These cities were filled with countless vampires.
Upon entering, the entrance would be blocked for 10 seconds, and it would remain sealed until either the vampire boss was defeated or the entire party was wiped out.
To challenge these dungeons, a party needed at least 10 third-advancement-class players.
Each city was guarded by a True Blood Vampire or a Direct Descendant Vampire, with the latter being non-respawnable once killed.
In cities where the boss had been slain before, the appearance rate of True Blood Vampires—who were also significantly weaker—would decrease.
Hearing him the Knights behind him sighed in relief, though Jude expression remains neutral as he also sat with others.
The next day, they began moving toward the 15th Vampire City, as it was the closest to them. Since it was also likely the weakest, they decided to raid it first.
After half a day of crossing the desert, they finally reached it. However, the Knights behind him were exhausted, so Dave called for a half-hour break before entering the ant-hill-like dungeon entrance.
The road to Vampire Cities were known for their dense and powerful monsters, making them ideal for leveling up. As a result, they had gained several levels along the way. With Dave killing most of the monsters, he had already reached level 276 in just a single day, showcasing his insane leveling speed thanks to the Madra's Successor class, which had extremely high DPS.
His Knights had also gained significant levels:
Leo had reached level 264
Elira was now level 267
Jude had reached level 259
Thorne was now level 260
Boa and Diana, who had been completing quests and leveling up in this region for a while, were already at level 298. However, at this point, each level-up required an enormous amount of experience, making it significantly harder for them to gain levels.
Despite being in the same party as Dave and the Knights, they had not acquired any new levels, as the experience gain was too slow at their current stage.
After half an hour of the rest was over, they entered the city.

They heard the sound of wings flapping, followed by the appearance of hundreds of small red lights in the darkness. It was a swarm of bats flocking toward them.
Along with the bats came the howls of wild beasts, and as Dave read the names of the approaching creatures, he saw: "Vampire Familiars."
Without hesitation, Dave drew his sword, his movements sharp and precise as he positioned himself strategically.
"10,000 Army Killing Sword!"
A silver slash swept across the battlefield, instantly cutting down hundreds of the creatures. His Knights charged in as well, with Jude brandishing his sword and engaging the oncoming wolves, while Elira cast a series of destructive fire spells, incinerating several Vampire Familiars in rapid succession.
Thorne moved further back, positioning himself for a clear shot. With deadly precision, he fired his arrows, each one striking the bats right between the eyes, killing them instantly with steel-tipped hits.
Despite the darkness, not a single one of his arrows missed its mark, a testament to his powerful hunting skills.
Meanwhile, Diana blessed everyone with her buffs, significantly boosting their strength and resistance. Boa, on the other hand, focused on the Knights, as unlike players, NPCs had limited health and only one life, making their survival a top priority.

Due to the commotion from the battle, several vampires awoke, their glowing red eyes locking onto Dave and his party.
"The food is here!!" one of them shrieked in excitement, its fangs bared.
Confusion quickly turned into hunger as the vampires rushed toward them, ready to attack.
