Yang Erxiu hurried back home and said to Feng Chunhua, who was doing needlework, "Mom, Dad has gone to that little vixen’s house."
"What?" Feng Chunhua sprang up, "How do you know?"
"I saw it with my own eyes. Dad was even holding the little vixen’s arm," Yang Erxiu told Feng Chunhua.
Feng Chunhua’s blood boiled with rage, wishing she could tear the skins off Yang Dahe and An Hao. She paced around the room a few times, then grabbed the scissors that were beside the basket and charged outside.
When she reached the doorway, she stopped and asked Yang Erxiu again, "Did you really see it with your own eyes? Is the vixen’s husband not home?"
Yang Erxiu shook his head: "He’s not."
That was the confirmation Feng Chunhua needed; she rushed towards the fourth floor of the other building, scissors in hand and fury in her step.
As soon as she stepped out the door, she bumped into Zhang Guifang.
Zhang Guifang saw her face was red and she was holding a pair of scissors, looking like she was ready to fight someone to the death.
"Oh my ancestors! What are you about to do?"
"I’m going to kill Yang Dahe and that little vixen!" Feng Chunhua charged upstairs, brimming with ferocious energy.
Zhang Guifang, sensing trouble, went up to Feng Chunhua to snatch the scissors from her hand, "Give me that! Do you think you’re having too good of a time and need to stir things up?"
"Guifang! My life is hard!" Feng Chunhua said as her eyes reddened, "Yang Dahe went to that little vixen’s house all by himself. The Staff Officer Qin is not at home!"
Zhang Guifang’s heart skipped a beat: "Who told you that?"
"My son Erxiu saw it with his own eyes, there can’t be anything false about that!"
"Yes, I saw it with my own eyes. That little vixen seduced my dad!" Yang Erxiu said loudly.
"Nonsense!" Zhang Guifang glared at Yang Erxiu, "What little vixen? Is that how you should speak? Haven’t you learned anything good from following your mother?"
"Listen, even the child is saying this, there must be something going on between those two. I have to go and see for myself, my Erxiu would never lie."
"Leave the scissors with me!" Zhang Guifang snatched the scissors firmly out of her hand and followed Guifang upstairs.

After giving instructions to An Hao, Yang Dahe was ready to leave when he suddenly heard a loud bang from inside the room.
That was followed by An Hao’s shrieking voice.
He quickly opened the door and rushed back in, only to see the thermos shattered, water spilling all over the floor.
"Are you alright?" Yang Dahe was more concerned about An Hao’s injuries than the broken thermos.
"I’m fine." Fortunately, her reflexes were good, and she had moved away fast enough to avoid being hurt by the shards from the thermos glass liner, only sustaining a couple of minor burns.
"Sit down. I’ll go get you..."
Before Yang Dahe could finish his sentence, An Hao stopped him. She stood up, picked up a broom and began sweeping the fragments from the floor, saying, "Brother Yang, you should hurry back. I’m feeling a lot better now, these are minor things I can handle by myself. If you leave late and Sister Chunhua finds out, I’m afraid we won’t have a peaceful day..."
With the door open, Feng Chunhua had just reached the fourth floor and heard the tail end of the sentence, which made her explode as if she were gunpowder.
She kicked the door fiercely with a bang, and like a black mountain, she pounced on Yang Dahe, lashing out to scratch his face, "You Ximen Qing! I knew you’ve been treating me worse, it turns out you’ve taken a fancy to this little vixen!"
Yang Dahe had not expected this turn of events, and was taken aback. Feng Chunhua raised her hand and scratched a five-clawed mark across his face.
