Zhaozhao experienced her first period, her stomach hurt, and she felt listless in everything she did.
She simply climbed into bed and lay down.
After a while, she saw the bedroom door open, and Sheng Chuyi walked in with a bowl in his hand and said to Zhaozhao, “Get up and drink this.”
“I don’t want to drink!” Zhaozhao, feeling miserable, lay in bed moaning and did not want to move.
“It’s brown sugar water. My mom said it can relieve some of the discomfort,” Sheng Chuyi coaxed in a rare gentle tone.
“Did you cook it?” Zhaozhao, hearing it was brown sugar water, looked at him in surprise.
“Mm!” Sheng Chuyi replied somewhat awkwardly.
“Okay then!” Seeing that he had prepared it for her personally, Zhaozhao reluctantly got up from the bed.
However, as she was getting up, she felt a warm flow in her legs.
Frightened, her face immediately turned pale, and she stayed in her previous position, daring not to move recklessly.

He directly brought the brown sugar water to Zhaozhao’s lips and said, “If you don’t want to move, don’t move, I’ll feed you.”
Zhaozhao looked at him, then at the brown sugar water in his hand. Considering that he had both made the brown sugar water and was offering to feed her, she reluctantly moved her mouth closer.
She drank the entire bowl of brown sugar water with his help.
“How do you feel? Is it any better?” Sheng Chuyi asked.
Zhaozhao carefully felt it and realized that after drinking the brown sugar water, her lower abdomen felt warm and the pain seemed to have lessened.
“It really seems to work, I feel much better, thank you, Chuyi,” Zhaozhao gratefully said to him.
“Since you’re not feeling well, you should rest well!” Seeing her discomfort, Sheng Chuyi finally didn’t bring up homework.
