"I see." Ye Wanwan glanced at her watch, "There’s only half an hour left until the end of work. I’ll go up now and get ready, so I can dash out on time."
"Okay." Shen Yi smiled helplessly and indulgently, her way of working was really joyful.
"Then you wait here for me, I’ll go up first." With that, Ye Wanwan turned and ran towards the company building.

As Ye Wanwan was hurriedly organizing the clutter on her desk, she replied, "Yeah, he came to pick me up after work."

Embarrassed by their teasing, Ye Wanwan blushed and ignored them. After she had packed her things and checked the time, there were still a little over ten minutes left. She then took out her phone and sent a message to Shen Yi.
In the next ten minutes or so, Ye Wanwan checked the time several times, and when the time finally came, she stood up, becoming the first person to leave the office for the day.
Yu Qiqi, along with a few others, began to jeer from behind, but Ye Wanwan pretended not to hear and quickly entered the elevator.
Ye Wanwan went home with Shen Yi, and after they had dinner together, they went to the bedroom to pack for the trip.

The suitcase was laid open on the floor, and Ye Wanwan helped select the clothes Shen Yi should take, while Shen Yi leaned against the door frame watching her.

Shen Yi smiled and nodded. Ye Wanwan then checked the time, "It’s already half past eight, you should leave, right?"
"Yeah." Saying this, a hint of reluctance faded from Shen Yi’s expression, it was clear that he was somewhat disinclined to go on the business trip.
But Ye Wanwan seemed not at all reluctant, "Then hurry along, don’t be late."
Shen Yi felt oddly dissatisfied hearing this; he stepped in front of Ye Wanwan, wrapped his arms around her, then lowered his head to look into her eyes, "Will Wanwan miss me?"
Lately, he always had this strange feeling—he thought that Ye Wanwan should love him very much, but in reality, he felt like Ye Wanwan didn’t seem to love him that much.
The feeling was strange, in any case, it kept making him crave Ye Wanwan’s attention.
Ye Wanwan felt a bit flustered under Shen Yi’s gaze, and quickly said, "Of course, I’ll miss you. You have to come back soon, okay?"
Shen Yi was not satisfied with Ye Wanwan’s response, so he bent down and kissed her red lips, only releasing her when Ye Wanwan was almost out of breath.
