The Female CEO's Personal Bodyguard Chapter 128

Carson Flores stood up and looked coldly at Ronin Woolery.

"You have quite the temper, and your bones are hard; excellent, I like hard bones like yours the most."

Ronin Woolery’s face changed drastically, his gaze sinister as he stared at Samantha Tate beside him, his eyes burning with desire, and his smile wicked: "I have a little hobby, and that is to take what others cherish. For instance, someone’s girlfriend. Do you know, taking someone’s girlfriend in front of the man, it feels incredibly thrilling."

Even though Samantha Tate was afraid of Ronin Woolery, she could not help but curse: "You’re just a pervert!"

Ronin Woolery laughed heartily: "Samantha Tate, you can curse at me, I don’t care, because the harsher you curse me now, the more interesting it will be when you’re kneeling on the ground, begging me."

Ronin Woolery pointed at Carson Flores: "He’s your boyfriend I suppose, considering you just cried, you must care about him a lot. I’ll give you a chance to prove your love for him."

Samantha Tate was about to speak, but Carson Flores patted her on the shoulder: "Let’s send Ye Wen to the hospital first, we’ll talk about the rest later."

Samantha Tate pursed her lips and agreed obediently: "Okay!"

An ambulance arrived, and Carson Flores and Samantha Tate helped get Ye Wen onto it, left a phone number for the owner of the damaged car, then drove to the hospital.

Before getting in the car, Carson Flores looked up as if sensing something.

Outside the presidential suite on the hotel’s top floor, a young man in a robe stood in front of the floor-to-ceiling glass of the large garden, intently watching Carson Flores below.

Although they were far apart and their faces were not very clear, both knew the other was watching.

The young man gave Carson Flores a thumbs up.

Carson Flores ignored him and got straight into the car, driving away.

A beautiful woman embraced him from behind: "Young Master Yu, this person must be a Cultivator, right?"

Oscar Miller hummed in response: "His strength must not be bad, the car was smashed flat, and he looks unharmed. However, he has provoked Ronin Woolery, that mad dog. I estimate he won’t live for another two days."

The beautiful woman laughed: "Since he’s quite strong, why not take this opportunity to extend a favor and recruit him?"

Oscar Miller replied indifferently: "The old man with Ronin Woolery is not weak. If he can stand up to him, recruiting him later isn’t too late. If he can’t, he’s worthless, and if he dies, he dies."

The beautiful woman said: "The Woolery Family has already agreed to deal with Shirley Miller; surely they won’t send Ronin Woolery, will they?"

Oscar Miller chuckled: "Sending a pervert who likes to humiliate women to deal with Shirley Miller, isn’t that just perfect? I’m actually quite looking forward to it, keep an eye on Ronin Woolery, see what he gets up to."

Oscar Miller stretched lazily: "Since I can’t take action personally, the only thing left is to watch the drama unfold, I can’t miss a good show."

"How is she, is she okay?"

"The patient suffered a significant impact during the fall, with some damage to internal organs, but fortunately, there was no rupture, just a mild concussion and a minor fracture in the arm. We’ve set it in place, she needs to stay in the hospital for observation. If there’s no complication, she can go home to rest soon and just come back regularly for dressing changes."

Samantha Tate breathed a sigh of relief, turning to Carson Flores who was sitting beside her: "Brother, it’s lucky you were here today, or Ye Wen might not have made it."

Carson Flores smiled: "Haven’t you notified her family?"

Samantha Tate sighed: "Ye Wen is not a local; she followed Uriah Reid to Polgel after graduating from college. I think she wouldn’t want her family to worry. I’ll stay with her for now, and we can talk more when she wakes up."

Carson Flores nodded: "Alright."

Samantha Tate came over, worriedly grabbing Carson Flores’s arm: "Are you sure you don’t want to get checked out?"

Carson Flores shook his head: "I’m a doctor myself; I know very well whether there’s something wrong with me. It’s just a fall; at most, there will be some bruises–just apply some medicine, and the bruises will fade in a few days."

Samantha Tate, still unconvinced, lifted the back of Carson Flores’s shirt; indeed, there was a large area of bruising on Carson Flores’s back and some swelling, which looked quite frightening.

Samantha Tate’s eyes turned red again: "What kind of medicine do you need? I’ll apply it for you."

Carson Flores said with a smile: "Don’t cry now, it looks worse than it feels, no bones or tendons were harmed, it’s no trouble, I can apply it myself when I get home."

Samantha Tate wouldn’t have it, insisting: "I’ll apply it for you; you can’t reach that spot. Surely the woman at your home won’t help you apply it?"

Carson Flores found himself at a loss for words; why did that sound so awkward?

Samantha Tate pulled Carson Flores to sit down on a chair: "You sit, I’ll go buy the medicine."

Samantha Tate quickly returned with the medicine and had Carson Flores take off his shirt to expose his back. Then, as Carson Flores instructed, she squeezed the ointment into her hands, rubbed her hands together to warm it up, and began applying it to the swollen and bruised areas.

Samantha Tate rubbed earnestly, and by the time she finished, she was sweating slightly from her forehead.

"Is that good enough?"

Carson Flores grinned: "Yes, you did a good job, it feels much better now."

Samantha Tate’s face lit up with joy; being able to do something for Carson Flores made her very happy: "The medicine has to be applied every day for it to heal quickly, I’ll continue to apply it for you tomorrow."

Carson Flores did not refuse Samantha Tate’s kindness, smiling: "Okay!"

Samantha Tate, still worried, asked: "From what Ronin Woolery said, it sounds like he’s planning to come after us, what should we do now?"

Carson Flores, with a calm expression, put on his shirt: "Mad dogs bite wherever they go, just put them down."
