Carson Flores didn’t go out to have fun with Camille Rhodes; instead, he returned to the hotel after dinner.
If he really had gone with Camille Rhodes, with her charming and seductive nature, Carson would probably struggle to get out of bed with weak legs tomorrow. The long-awaited battle to annihilate the Miller Family was set for the night, and he needed to conserve his strength.

Upon seeing Carson, the middle-aged man’s face lit up with a smile, and he strode over with open arms to give Carson a big hug.
"Heard you got married?"
Carson hugged him back and laughed, "My mentor set up an arranged marriage for me. We’ve gotten the certificate, and now we’re still in the period of fostering our relationship."
The middle-aged man chuckled, "Sharing the same bed, given enough time, affection will naturally unfold."
Carson playfully punched the middle-aged man, "Everything’s smooth on your end?"
The middle-aged man nodded, "Don’t worry, we used fake identities abroad, so coming back here, we’re clean and won’t have any trouble."
Carson laughed, "What about your men, do you need me to make arrangements?"
The middle-aged man shook his head, "They’ll stay in different hotels. When the time comes, we’ll gather together. You don’t need to worry about these things."
Carson said with a laugh, "Alright then, let’s go have a meal first."
The middle-aged man, Michael Roth, owned a security company overseas, but his company was staffed entirely by cultivator experts, handling the business of some very high-profile individuals.
When Carson was carrying out a mission overseas, he happened to save Michael Roth, who had been captured. The two hit it off and had kept in touch since then.

"How many people did you bring this time?"
Michael grinned, "Not many, just fifteen. But all of them have survived life and death battles. They’ll have no trouble dealing with these indoor-raised flowers back home."
Carson nodded, "Okay, there’s no need to kill. Just knock them down and cripple their Dantians, that’s all."
Michael laughed, "Got it. This is our country, not abroad. We must follow the rules here. I’ve already warned them."
While talking, Carson received a call from Shirley Miller.
Carson answered with a smile, "I’m receiving a friend, what’s up?"
Shirley replied, "Will I be with you tonight?"
Carson laughed, "Once I’ve taken care of everything, I’ll call you. Don’t worry, the night is long, enough for us to settle all our issues."
Shirley was silent for two seconds before advising, "Then you must be careful, no matter what happens, safety first."
Carson also smiled, "Alright, wait for my call."
In the hotel, Shirley hung up and turned to the white-haired elder before her.
"Grandpa Ouyang, he said he would come for me after everything is settled. But I’m really worried about him. Can you help him out?"
The elder smiled and said, "With several families teaming up, the Miller Family won’t be able to turn the tide, however powerful they may be. Once the action starts, the other families won’t let the Miller Family survive either. You truly don’t need to worry."
After a pause, the elder said helplessly, "Your grandfather asked me to come and deal with the Miller Family, but I was forced by circumstances to make a public oath back in the day: unless the Miller Family strikes first, I absolutely can’t lay a hand on any member of the Miller Family. I can’t help you with this."
Shirley looked somewhat helpless, "So you’re just going to stand by and do nothing?"
The elder thought for a moment, "How about this? I’ll take you there so you can witness everything yourself. If things go smoothly, my intervention won’t be necessary. If they don’t, I’ll ensure that young man’s life is safe. Is that acceptable?"
Shirley exclaimed in surprise, "Is that possible?"
The elder smiled, "As long as I don’t strike against the Miller Family, I won’t be breaking my promise."
Shirley said happily, "Okay, then let’s go together."
Suddenly, the elder changed the subject, "Once matters with the Miller Family are settled, you’ll have to come with me."
Shirley asked curiously, "To where?"
The elder laughed, "To meet someone, to take a test. Don’t worry, I’ve already spoken to your grandfather about this; he’s agreed. If you don’t believe me, you can ask your grandfather."
Shirley nodded without hesitation, "As long as my grandfather has agreed, I have no objections."
The elder scrutinized Shirley’s face, his gaze becoming a bit unusual, "Your grandfather told me you’ve been married to that young man for two months now, but it’s clear you’re still a virgin. What kind of charade are you playing?"
Shirley was startled, "You can tell?"
The elder smiled, "Of course I can tell. But it’s not something the average person can see, your grandfather included. He arranged this marriage for you; are you dissatisfied with the young man?"
