His whole chest was covered in blood, his arm was at an odd angle, clearly broken forcefully; his entire demeanor no longer held its previous ferocity. He looked as if he had aged decades in an instant, listless with an air that he might expire at any moment.
Marco Hoffman rushed over to check Rylan Hoffman’s injuries, and upon inspecting, his eyes immediately reddened.
Rylan Hoffman’s internal organs were damaged, bones broken in numerous places; he resembled a broken ragdoll, even a slight touch seemed to risk him falling apart!

Carson Flores sneered, "So the Hoffman Family can hit others, but others can’t fight back? Don’t tell me you didn’t hear what he said. He was out to kill me. And besides, had he not used a secret technique to stimulate his combat power, could he have been so seriously wounded?"
Carson Flores was telling the truth. Rylan Hoffman’s use of the secret technique put enormous stress on his organs and bones. With such a condition, stronger blows from Carson Flores naturally resulted in more severe damage.
Hank Hoffman stared at Carson Flores and said gravely, "This matter won’t end here."
Carson Flores smiled lightly, "That’s expected. If you had crippled me, you would surely say that in martial arts, accidents happen, you can’t control it. I won’t say such things. My stance remains the same as before: I’ve already destroyed three families of the Four Sects and Twelve Clans, and I’m not concerned about taking out one more, the Hoffman Family.
