It is said to contain the legacy of the Human Emperor; only those who receive the Human Emperor’s legacy can inherit and utilize the Emperor Seal, thereby becoming the new Human Emperor. However, throughout these ten thousand years, no trace of the Emperor Seal or the rise of a Human Emperor has been seen. If it hasn’t been destroyed, it’s probably in some place, waiting silently for a fated individual."
