Ji Niandong suddenly sat up, then immediately lay back down, covering her bottom.

Seeing him holding her spaghetti strap nightdress, she hurriedly reached out, "I’ll do this myself!"

The next second, the entire room lit up, she let out a scream, quickly stuffed her arms through, and pulled the nightdress right, "Little Uncle, you’re being naughty!"
Lu Beichen quickly came over and lay beside her, propping up his arms behind his head and watching her, "Who would think it improper for a legal wife to change clothes in front of her husband?"
"You’re just being naughty!" She turned her face away, full of girlish petulance.
It was indeed rare to see her acting so stubbornly, Lu Beichen lay down facing her, the two almost chest-to-back, Ji Niandong’s entire body stiffened.
He moved forward a few inches and pulled her directly into his arms, the unique woody fragrance from the man spreading around, blending with her scent.

"Looks like you’ve been practicing holding your breath today huh?"
He said casually, and only then did she breathe out.
Lu Beichen rubbed his head slightly against her, "Let’s sleep! You’re hurt , I’m not that starved!"
