He didn’t finish his sentence before clamming up, then pouted, dissatisfied, standing akimbo saying, "Sister Tongtong is clearly my goddess, and Mr. Lu just used his age to snatch her as his wife. Clearly, we have more in common as a couple!"

Ji Niandong snapped out of this bizarre atmosphere, breathed a sigh of relief. This Doctor Zhu, despite his serious appearance, sure was childish with his jokes.

Zhu Yiming chuckled; this child must be doing it on purpose. He quickly replied, "Because... you look more like your dad!"

Her smart topic change was picked up eagerly by Zhu Yiming, "Of course, is there something Tongtong wants from me?"
"I’ve been wanting to thank you for operating on my dad, and since my Little Uncle isn’t working this weekend, I was thinking of cooking at home and inviting you over for dinner!" Ji Niandong asked politely and courteously.
