On a night of torrential rain, she was lying by the roadside, watching that flash of bright yellow from afar. She stared intently for a long time until she could make out that pale little face... Her heart missed a beat.

The servants obeyed the order and left, and the wide door slowly closed.
Lu Beichen reached out and pulled the petite woman into his embrace, "Mrs. Lu, dressed up so tightly, aren’t you hot?"
His hand roamed lightly around her waist, and Ji Niandong pushed him away, beginning to dodge, "Little Uncle, did you trick me into coming here just to be a hooligan?!"

The upstairs had carpet laid out, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, it was simply stunning.
Ji Niandong took off her shoes and walked barefoot on it, as if she were stepping on clouds, spinning around as if she were about to take off.
Her black long hair glowed with gold under the sunlight.
The petite woman danced, as beautiful as an elf.
Lu Beichen stared dazedly for a long time, then stepped forward briskly, grabbed her arm, and pulled her into his embrace.
She fell softly against his chest.
