As soon as Ji Niandong returned home, she saw the note Shen Congling left on the table.
"If I wasn’t blind yesterday, you and Brother-in-law Handsome should have just gotten your marriage certificate. I’ve sensibly gone back to live at school, not to disrupt your newlywed life! Sister Tongtong, congratulations on your wedding once again, aiming to hold twins within a year!" Lingling left.
Ji Niandong couldn’t help but laugh; how could one hold twins within a year? Twins?
She quickly shook her head, wondering what on earth she was thinking.
Suddenly, she recalled Lu Beichen wanting her to move over and become the real Mrs. Lu, her heart racing like a little deer.
She must have been too tired recently; she dashed into the bathroom to wash her face.
She pulled out her phone and texted Zhou Yiqing: "Qingqing, what class did Judy ask you to enroll in, and where is it? If you go, could you take me along? I want to learn too!"
The message was never replied to, so Ji Niandong rummaged through the fridge preparing to eat a bit, when suddenly a knocking sounded from outside.

Lu Beichen walked straight in, followed by Li Yi waving, bringing several men in black.
Ji Niandong instinctively stepped back a few paces, nervously asking, "What are you doing?"
Li Yi respectfully replied, "Madam, please wait on the side, we’ll be finished packing shortly!" He waved, leading the men in black into action, "Be careful not to grab the wrong things!"
Lu Beichen put an arm around her shoulders, pulling her to the side, "That little girl Shen Congling wished us a happy marriage, so I must hurry to bring my Mrs. Lu home!"
Ji Niandong was startled, "How did she connect with you?"
"That little girl?" Lu Beichen shook his head, "She’s now treating you as her trump card, making Li Yi utterly confused, but her intel wasn’t bad! Mrs. Lu, I’ve heard you’re essential for a happy home life, making my life perfect from now!"
He looked down at her, smiling, while Ji Niandong bashfully lowered her head, tightly gripping the corners of her clothes.
Shortly after, Li Yi instructed them to pack up her things and move them downstairs, while Ji Niandong quickly rushed into the bedroom, placing the property deed and marriage certificate locked in a drawer into her bag, then followed Lu Beichen out and closed the door.
