The next day, Jiang Moxi was ready to head out at eight o’clock sharp.
When she opened the door, she saw a breakfast from a well-known hotel, indicated by the logo on the takeout bag hanging on the door handle.

There was no signature, but one glance at the powerful and vigorous calligraphy revealed it was from Fu Youhan.

Many people came to participate in the charity sale, making University Street bustling today.

Lai Xueer’s face twisted in pain as she continued to try to defend herself: "I didn’t. You’re misunderstanding me. If you keep hitting me , I’ll call the police."
What she received in response was even more violent slapping and tearing.
"Go ahead and call the police. I’d actually like them to help me investigate. See what else that old creep has bought you, so I can take it all back."
Wei Hong cursed and swore, her friends joining in to help voluntarily.
"Strip her clothes off, let everyone see what kind of cheap trash she is."
"That slut, daring to do such shameless deeds while still in school! Strip her, and I will send the video to her school, see how she can still show her face and study there."
Soon, Wei Hong’s friends teamed up and started to strip Lai Xueer’s clothes.
Lai Xueer struggled and fought back, but it was all in vain.
Because she was no match for these people in strength, and she was outnumbered.
All she could do was scream for help: "Somebody help me! Help..."
But the onlookers didn’t step forward to help, after all, being the "other woman" was not something they saw in a good light.
It wasn’t until Lai Xueer was stripped naked and beaten black and blue that they finally backed off.
But before leaving, Wei Hong said, "Lai Xueer, don’t think this is the end of it. I’ll not only make Cao Hongcai leave with nothing, unable to show his face in society, but I’ll also get the court to recover the money he has spent on you. And I’ll make a scene at your school so they’ll expel you."
After Wei Hong dropped her threats, she took the lead to leave.
Her friends still felt unsatisfied, spitting on Lai Xueer before they left, and gave her a few more kicks.
But even after Wei Hong’s group left, the onlookers didn’t let Lai Xueer off.
They discussed Lai Xueer amongst themselves, and some kept on taking pictures.

Lai Xueer couldn’t bear those eyes and the filming, curling up into a ball, desperately covering her body.
"Stop looking, stop filming!"
"Please, I’m begging you..."
It wasn’t until Ling Ye hurried over and draped his jacket over Lai Xueer.
And under his direction, his friends also started to disperse the crowd of onlookers.
"Are you okay? Do you need me to take you home?"
