"I don’t want special treatment." Ye Ranran explained, looking at Jun Mochan’s face devoid of a smile.
Jun Mochan gave her a sidelong glance, his eyes deep. "You’re my wife, Ye Ranran. What’s wrong with having some special treatment? Who would dare to comment?"
Here we go again, Ye Ranran rubbed her forehead: "Alright, Mr. Jun gets the final say."
Jun Mochan took Ye Ranran to a Cantonese restaurant. The weather was hot, it was best to eat something light and non-spicy.
However, Ye Ranran loved spicy food. Unable to resist the temptation for her, Jun Mochan brought her to this restaurant.
The decor was elegant with flowers spread everywhere in the restaurant. It was filled with an artistic atmosphere, looking more like a coffee shop than a restaurant.
"The private rooms are upstairs." Seeing Jun Mochan’s distinguished attire, the waiter guided him upstairs.
"Let’s sit downstairs." Ye Ranran halted.
There were more people downstairs, which Jun Mochan didn’t quite like. But since Ye Ranran preferred it, he’d accommodate her.
As soon as they sat down, a group of people descended from the second floor. Leading them was none other than Xie Yuan and his father.

Jun Mochan’s lip curled into a smile: "Or else she wouldn’t have caught your son’s eye, right, Mr. Xie?"
"Who wouldn’t love a beauty like Designer Ye?" Xie Yuan responded nonchalantly.
His casual words brought a chill to Jun Mochan’s smile. Before he could respond, Xie Pei said: "Forgive my son’s blunt speech, Young Master Jun. He owes Designer Ye an apology for what happened last time. Would Designer Ye be kind enough to forgive him?" Xie Pei bowed his head and asked Ye Ranran.
For someone who had been in a high position for so many years to bow his head, it was not easy. Ye Ranran was genuinely surprised.
"Forgive? Did he apologize to me?" After regaining her composure, Ye Ranran glanced at Xie Yuan.

"Sorry," Xie Yuan said, without any sincerity.
Ye Ranran lowered her head, her long eyelashes hiding her eyes: "A hollow apology isn’t necessary."
"Miss Ye, I’m truly sorry for what happened last time." Xie Yuan apologized seriously.
Suddenly, he leaned in, whispering in an inaudible voice: "But if I could go back, I’d do it again and quicker. I regret not getting a taste of you."
He whispered into Ye Ranran’s ears, her face immediately turned red from his hot breath.
It was not shyness, but anger.
A chill spread across Jun Mochan’s face. As he was about to speak, Xie Yuan stepped back, maintaining a suitable distance from Ye Ranran.
"Young Master Jun, Miss Ye, enjoy your meal. I won’t disturb you anymore." With his hands in his pockets, Xie Yuan left briskly.
The atmosphere around got a bit cold, not because of the air conditioning, but because of the unusually low air pressure coming from Jun Mochan.
