"What could happen?" Jun Mochan found time to make a phone call.
Ye Ranran was frightened by his actions.
"Mr. Jun, we’re driving at top speed right now, maybe we should not be on the phone?"
Jun Mochan glanced at her expressionlessly: "Mrs. Jun, you’re so calm, I thought you weren’t scared."
"I just want it to be safer."
Jun Mochan smiled at the corners of his mouth and dialed the number of the Traffic Bureau Chief.
"Who’s this?" The Bureau Chief’s voice sounded groggy, clearly not having woken up yet.
"It’s me, Jun Mochan."
Three words, and the Bureau Chief was jolted awake.
"Young Master Jun, what’s happened? What made you think of me?" The other end asked fawningly.
"I’m currently on the west section of Huzhou Avenue, heading towards A City’s Third Hospital, there are traffic police chasing me, tell them to stop."
The Bureau Chief nodded repeatedly: "Yes, yes, I’ll tell them to stop right away."
Soon, the Traffic Police Squad Captain received a phone call from the Bureau Chief.
"No, Chief, we can’t turn back now, he’s severely speeding. Sure, there aren’t many people around this late at night, but this is very dangerous." The Squad Captain insisted on sticking to principle.
"They just like the thrill, what’s it got to do with you? Get back here immediately." The Chief’s tone was extremely impatient.
"No, Chief, you should treat everyone equally."
"Treat everyone equally my foot? Let me tell you, that’s Jun Mochan, the Jun family heir. It doesn’t matter if he was just speeding, even if he damaged the road you can’t say anything, hurry up and return."
Having been spoken to by the Chief, the Squad Captain couldn’t say anything and reluctantly stood down.
"There’s no one behind us anymore." Ye Ranran looked back.
"Hm." Jun Mochan gave a monosyllabic response.
Ye Ranran didn’t care, she lowered her head slightly and saw her pajamas on. This gave her a slight headache: "I say, should we change our clothes?"
Is it really okay to enter a hospital wearing pajamas?

Soon enough, they arrived at the hospital. To prevent Ye Ranran from running away, Jun Mochan carried her into the hospital.
"Doctor, doctor." As soon as they were in the hospital, Jun Mochan started calling out, without concern for appearances.
Ye Ranran buried her head in his chest, pretending she didn’t know him.
Seeing how Jun Mochan hadn’t even had time to change out of his pajamas, the on-duty nurse assumed it was some kind of dire emergency, quickly bringing out a gurney.
"Put the patient on top."
Jun Mochan held Ye Ranran tightly: "Doctor? Call a doctor quickly."
Seeing his anxious demeanor, the nurse tried to calm him down: "Sir, don’t worry, place the patient down first, I’ll go call a doctor immediately."
A doctor appeared quickly and asked in a very professional manner while looking at Ye Ranran, lying on the hospital bed: "What’s wrong?"
"There’s nothing wrong with me." Ye Ranran answered, somewhat embarrassed.
"She’s constitutionally cold, and she drank a glass of iced water tonight. I suspect something was wrong with the water, can you help check?" Jun Mochan explained.
The doctor looked at Jun Mochan as if he were a mental patient: "Sir, the psychiatric department doesn’t open till tomorrow morning at ten, I suggest you come back then."
Ye Ranran hid her head underneath the blanket, her shoulders shaking with laughter.
The smile on Jun Mochan’s face waned, replaced with a layer of ice in his eyes. Had his self-control been any worse, he might have started throwing punches.
In the end, Jun Mochan called the Hospital Director over who personally examined Ye Ranran.
After prescribing some medication, they left.
