47: Not a Speech of Thanks!
You’re not mistaken, it’s the launch remarks, not some serious nonsense!
Seeing the word “remarks,” many people have guessed, the book is going to be charged!
Giving away over six hundred thousand characters for free, that’s a lot, a whole three months, it is time to launch!
After all, there is no such thing as a free lunch in this world!
This book has taken so much of my effort!
At the beginning, I was blundering around, figuring out the grand and detailed outlines, and typed the first character of the first chapter, embarking on an unknown journey!
Would the road ahead be filled with blooming flowers, or thorns everywhere?
No one could give me the answer!!!
Wrote ten thousand words, twenty thousand words, fifty thousand words, one hundred thousand words… after each chapter, each phase, I would check if there were any more recommendation tickets or comments… Unfortunately, back then, there was nothing!
Just a few passersby!
I could only quietly continue, weaving the story in my text!
Until one hundred fifty thousand, the editor finally gave the first trial recommendation!
My life’s first trial!
From then on, I fell into a frenzy of updates, starting from three chapters to a steady five chapters, keeping it up for over twenty days at a speed of ten thousand a day!
Not many books could reach this updating speed!
And the hard work finally paid off as I won all the PKs and banner positions against my contemporaries, there was luck involved, but more so because of the quality of my book and my hard work!
Doing well, continuous recommendations, finally let everyone see this book, gathered you all here!
During that period, because of the continuous daily ten thousand, my body couldn’t take it anymore, problems arose, I went to the hospital for checks, and only got better after injections and medication, which I have mentioned before in my updates, some readers might remember!
But even so, I kept the updates stable, occasionally bursting forth for you guys!
During the free period, I worked so hard to receive the support of many readers and accompany all the way; that was the biggest reward, filled with happiness and a sense of achievement!
But, after all, there are no books that are free forever, every good book comes to a time when it has to be charged!

I come from a rural background, played with mud, herded cows, caught crickets, stole vegetables, roasted rats, chopped firewood…

Writing this book, for a whole three months, without any income!
Others worked during holidays, but I was buried in writing, still no money!
And without income, could the author continue writing?

Some time ago, I met our beautiful teacher; sitting together, she gazed at my confused and listless look, highly dissatisfied!
There was nothing I could do, writing so much every day, not getting enough sleep!
But why was she dissatisfied?
Because she noticed I wasn’t stealing glances at her chest anymore, and she was furious!
She used to be happy when I peeked at her chest, seeing my face full of jealousy, who asked my chest to be smaller than hers?
Another reason she was angry I stopped looking there was because I was prettier than her!
Being prettier and more handsome than her, she could only watch girls hit on me!
But I couldn’t flirt, because I had no money!
I am not Lin Tian in the book; I don’t have extraordinary powers to have everything I want; I am just a quietly hardworking loser!
