The farmer, illiterate, asked instinctively.
“It lists the crimes these people committed, and they are officials from the Court of Judicial Review!”
A teacher shopping for vegetables at the market, wearing black-rimmed glasses, spoke up.

“Yes, please read it out.”
And so, the teacher read aloud the contents from the wooden planks:

“Yan Lewen, Prison Chief of the Court of Judicial Review, abused his power to torture and kill prisoners, with a list of victims as follows…..”
“Duan Changhai, Third Level official of the Court of Judicial Review, abused his power to defile other men’s wives and daughters…..”
The seven deceased officials all belonged to the Court of Judicial Review, with five from the Tiger Saber Gang faction, and the other two from the Chief’s faction!
As one by one, each outrageous or nauseating crime was read out loud, the gathered crowds felt increasingly indignant.
