Just as Lin Bufan was about to continue speaking, there was a knock on the door of the room.
It was Rong Qingqing, back again.
Lin Bufan was quick to react. He glanced at his boss and then went over to open the door.
As Rong Qingqing walked in, her face was piled with an ingratiating smile.

It was clear she needed something from him.
"Go ahead, what’s up now?" Shen Jue asked.
Rong Qingqing clasped her hands behind her back and leaned forward slightly, glancing at Shen Jue’s walk-in closet.
"It’s a bit difficult to say."
"Then come back when you’re ready to say it."
Shen Jue chuckled, "I find it hard to believe there’s anything you find difficult to say."
Rong Qingqing’s expression froze.
She sheepishly touched the tip of her nose.
"Well, since you put it that way, I’ll just be thick-skinned about it."
Rong Qingqing dragged a chair over to sit next to Shen Jue, then propped her hands on the armrests of his wheelchair, looking up at him.
"I have a somewhat unreasonable request. I think you might refuse, but I also think if I insist, you probably won’t be able to do much about it. After all, you’re a gentleman, and I believe that a gentleman like you wouldn’t do something like throwing a girl’s things out."
Before anything else, she first put a mighty title on Shen Jue.
"I accidentally bought too many clothes. My wardrobe can’t fit them all, and I noticed your closet has a lot of space, so I’m planning to borrow it for a while." Rong Qingqing said this with her eyes closed.
Because she was afraid that after saying it, Shen Jue might just throw her out.
When she went shopping, she’d point with her delicate fingers and want everything.
Buying was easy enough, but at the time, she didn’t consider that the walk-in closet in her guest room was really small and couldn’t hold much clothing.
The last time she came back with clothes, her wardrobe was already completely full, with a few items still in their packaging stacked at the corner of the table.
This evening, all the clothes she bought from the mall today were delivered home, now piled up in her room.
After a few seconds of silence, Rong Qingqing slowly opened one eye to peek at Shen Jue. Seeing his expressionless gaze fixed on her, she opened the other eye and stood up.
"Don’t stare at me like that!" Rong Qingqing explained.
"It’s not like you don’t know how many clothes I bought today. Initially, I planned to use the wardrobe in another guest room, but that closet is also small and can’t fit them all."
"I can’t possibly hang them in all your guest rooms on this floor, right? Then, if I need to find something to wear, I’d have to search room by room? Such a hassle!"
Rong Qingqing argued convincingly, "Your walk-in closet is bigger than all the guest room closets on this floor combined! Naturally, I’m tempted to put my stuff here."
Lin Bufan, listening on the side, was simply amazed. So this is the highest level of haggling?
The words she spoke sounded entirely reasonable, prompting agreement.
But, upon careful thought, each word also sounded quite shameless.
Lin Bufan thought to himself that he’d learned a trick for when the boss tries to dock his pay in the future.
Seeing Rong Qingqing’s eyes darting around, Shen Jue knew she was aware that she was being shameless and thus lacked confidence.
Which meant she was not beyond redemption.
"Have Nanny Zhao come up to help you tidy up, pack my things into one cabinet, and leave the rest for yours." Shen Jue instructed, "Don’t touch my things."
