Aurelia rode Mason Nightshade’s car back to the set. Mason had an important meeting in the morning, so he didn’t stay long and left after dropping her off, which made Aurelia breathe a sigh of relief.
Lately, their relationship has been getting out of hand. If it continues , how is she supposed to divorce Mason Nightshade?
To her, it was better to keep a distance from Mason for a while.
While applying makeup, Aurelia was lost in thought, resting her chin on her hand. Amanda Fuller looked at her multiple times before finally unable to hold back and asked, "Aurelia, what are you thinking about?"
"Why is it that after being reborn, someone you don’t like suddenly started acting intimately with you?" Aurelia spoke her mind without thinking when Amanda asked, as she was deeply absorbed in thought.
Amanda was taken aback, thinking Aurelia might have been binge-reading some rebirth novels and was still immersed in them. Reflecting on her years of novel-reading experience, she replied in a veteran tone, "Isn’t that simple? The usual trope in rebirth novels is, no matter what, the male lead doesn’t love her before rebirth, but after rebirth, the female lead starts ignoring the male lead, and he suddenly falls in love. Aurelia pondered over this phrase.

In the past, Amanda might have thought Aurelia was overconfident, but ever since witnessing Aurelia’s performance yesterday, even after returning home and lying on the bed, Amanda kept recalling the scene of Anne Hart’s last moments over and over in her mind. It took a whole day for the feeling of sorrow in her heart to dissipate a bit.
