With a light tap of the accelerator, the cool Bugatti raced through the bustling streets of Jingcheng and soon arrived at a place called ‘Grandma’s Casserole Porridge’ on Liberation Road.
The entire street looked a bit old, with buildings that seemed in need of repair. They were probably due for demolition in a few years, but the business at this restaurant was booming.
Qin Sijue’s presence seemed somewhat incongruous with his prestigious status, especially next to the parked luxury Bugatti that quickly drew the attention of numerous passersby.

“Qiangwei, you haven’t been here in such a long time.”
Gu Qiangwei smiled, “I’ve been too busy lately.”
“Is that so, work keeps one busy after graduation,” Grandma said kindly, smiling as her gaze shifted to Qin Sijue who was standing aside, “Boyfriend?”
Gu Qiangwei, somewhat embarrassed by Grandma’s blunt words, blushed and was about to explain.
It was then that Qin Sijue, who had been indifferent until now, suddenly took a seat opposite her, surprising her.
He had been reluctant to sit down just a moment ago, and now he had suddenly decided to sit.
“The usual for you?” Grandma asked the pair with a smile. Every time Gu Qiangwei came, she would order a serving of century egg and lean pork porridge, with a side of pickled vegetables.
To Gu Qiangwei, this was a heavenly delight!
And Grandma was so kind, always rounding down the bill for her.
