"What are you waiting for? Don’t think I’d be your girlfriend just because you bring me food... Argh, I might still be your girlfriend if you kill Ning Yu’er! Quick! Why are you hesitating? Strip her clothes! Oh, so frustrating!"
The three survivors nearby, amidst the hordes of zombies, were stunned to see Huang Yidan shouting like a shrew. Hey, we’re still at the mercy of the Zombie King! What are you playing at? They all felt she had no shame, but at the same time they hoped she would succeed, that Tang Ye would listen to her, so they wouldn’t have to die!
Tang Ye gently stroked Ning Yu’er’s head, listening to Huang Yidan’s voice, and felt an intense rage engulfing all his sanity!
With a roar like that of a tiger, Tang Ye stood up and strode towards Huang Yidan. Seeing him approach, she was delighted, thinking Tang Ye had agreed to her terms!
But she was wrong, Tang Ye had watched how she treated Ning Yu’er. Her recent behavior towards Ning Yu’er had spurred Tang Ye to vow not to spare her under any circumstances! He would treat her with utmost cruelty!
Tang Ye advanced towards her, with each step, the flame of anger in his heart blazed hotter, until his eyes were filled with bloodthirsty violence!
When he stood in front of Huang Yidan, under her expectant gaze, he slowly pressed his robust hand on her shoulder and gradually increased the pressure. At first, Huang Yidan paid no attention to his hand on her shoulder, but as the pain intensified, she began to panic.
"You... Let go of me. You don’t have to kill Ning Yu’er, you don’t have to find me food, we can both be your girlfriends, just... don’t kill me, please... Ahh!"
Tang Ye crushed the bone in her shoulder, and Huang Yidan let out a piercing scream. He smiled; a chilling, bloodthirsty smile. His triangular teeth sparkled with a cold light.
Seeing Tang Ye holding her eyes, Huang Yidan was in disbelief. He was too fast. Only after the acute pain hit her did she realize what had happened. She could not believe Tang Ye would kill her!
"Little Mister, don’t... please don’t."
The horde of zombies swarmed the last two survivors, along with the body already on the ground! Tang Ye walked towards Ning Yu’er, gently helped her up and, seeing she wasn’t badly injured, regained some sanity.
"Help, help, Junior Yu’er, spare us, we didn’t mean any harm to you!"
"Yes, spare us... Ahh... Help... Ahh..."
Their pleas were drowned in the zombie horde’s onslaught. Ning Yu’er glanced at them, then looked at Tang Ye. She wanted to intercede on their behalf but ultimately chose not to, burying her head in Tang Ye’s chest so as not to see the gruesome fate of the pair.
Tang Ye patted her back, led her into the dormitory, and locked the door. He then ordered the zombies to clean up the bloody mess on the ground.
Half an hour later, the ground was spotless, showing no trace of the prior violent massacre. Tang Ye nodded in approval, and ordered the zombies to leave, locking the door behind them. He then entered the dormitory room where Ning Yu’er was.
"Little Mister... you..." Ning Yu’er turned pale, trembling as she spoke to Tang Ye.
She clearly hadn’t quite recovered from Tang Ye’s brutal behavior. Tang Ye shook his head, walked past her, and sat on the bed. He had calmed down from his earlier rage.
"Little Mister, do you want some water? I can get some for you," Ning Yu’er said, her tone soft and concerned upon seeing his wretched state.
Tang Ye shook his head. He just needed some time alone to cool down. Ning Yu’er sat quietly next to him, keeping him company.
Tang Ye looked at his hands still stained with blood, a haze glazing his eyes. Had he... just eaten human flesh?
He felt as if some moral constraint within him had shattered. He stared at the ceiling in a daze, contemplating whether what he had done was right or not.
"What’s happening to me?"
"Why is this happening?"
"I just ate human flesh. Why, why?"
Tang Ye shook his head violently. Ning Yu’er looked at him, her face filled with worry.
"No, no, those people were hurting this girl. I didn’t eat humans, but even if I did, what’s wrong with that? I only ate scum! They weren’t human! They deserved to be eaten by me, they didn’t deserve to live. Yes, that’s it. I’m a zombie, what’s wrong with consuming human scum?"
