Rong Yan took Little Baby and left KT Entertainment. They hailed a taxi and first headed to the area outside the Rong Group building, looking for a simple eatery on the ground floor.
It was a place where one could dine or just have a drink, with a tranquil environment and stylish decor. Many office workers liked to come here during their lunch break.
Since it was between three and four in the afternoon, the restaurant wasn’t very busy.
As Rong Yan led Little Baby inside, the doorbell at the entrance automatically chimed with a mechanical female voice, “Welcome.”
The waiter saw someone enter and rushed over with a menu, “Madam, welcome, the two of you?”
“I’m looking for someone.”
The waiter gave her a surprised look, as if he recognized her, and said with a start, “Mr. Rong is inside, Miss Rong, please follow me.”
So, this must be Rong Yan. She looks even more beautiful in person than on TV, and her skin is so flawless.
Indeed, a female star is a female star, unlike ordinary people!
But who is that little boy that Rong Yan is leading by the hand? A relative’s child perhaps? He doesn’t seem to look like it though.
The waiter stealthily observed her while leading her inside. Soon, they arrived at the most secluded corner, and Rong Yan immediately spotted the middle-aged man seated at the table, incessantly checking his watch.

Li Duidui tightened his grip on her hand.
“My son.” Rong Yan admitted straightforwardly, leading the little one to his seat and placing him properly before pulling out a chair for herself and sitting down, cutting to the chase, “I have a dinner appointment tonight and don’t plan to stay long. What did you want to see me about, Mr. Rong?”
Rong Nanfeng frowned and watched the little child beside her for a while, but ultimately diverted his attention, putting it back on Rong Yan, “I didn’t know you had a child five years ago. Now that it’s done, we can’t just ignore it. But since you are now with Mr. Li, you might not want to bring the child around too often. Mr. Li is not as simple as you think, and he hasn’t suspected you. But if he ever does, it will be easy to look into the matter from five years ago. Taking the child with you is not good for you.”
Rong Yan picked up at least a bit of concern from his words, not just preaching, and with her clear, bright eyes, made no extra gesture, “Duidui is Li Shengxiao’s child.”
