Chapter 12 - [Rules to follow!]
Walking the corridors, Noah saw Elios messages through the screen, understanding the basics of this world.
Elios first gave 3 simple warnings to Noah.
First was not to use Dark Magic. While Elios himself doesn't mind dark magic as much, it can't be stated for other people in the temple. Or perhaps in the entire Light continent. Because of the dark mages, and that active organisation known as the Dark Oracle, the use of dark magic itself is a taboo in this continent.
Second was not to talk much. Elios himself was an A-Grade student theory wise, but because of his low aptitude for magic, he was pretty much outcast from the other mages. It was still fine for him, since he was an introvert who liked to research magic in the library. So, if Noah, for some reason, started to act social all of a sudden, it would make others suspicious. Especially given after the incident he had been through.
And lastly, which was obvious, not to tell anyone about the system. It was something special to them, and he has never heard of anyone else using the system screen. Elios had no idea what would happen if people were to know that he had such a system, but he was pretty sure that it was anything but good.
After the three warnings, Elios told the basics of his daily routine which was pretty simple.
Wake up. Pray. Go to the library and study. Meals in between. Pray. Sleep.
Since he had finished his classes a few months ago, he was pretty much free to do whatever except when called by his caretaker, Sister Zehra, every once a while for menial work.
[Also, there is a weekly work where all the Acolytes move out of the temple to help the civilians for free. Kind of a charity work that we all have to do.](Elios)
Noah nodded as he looked at that message before his eyes glanced at the 'looks' that people were giving him. Though in the end he sighed before reaching the bath area. Taking a quick wash with cold water, he looked in the mirror at his refined body right now.

Perhaps because of those increased stats, his body was far more nutritional than before. There were signs of muscles around his biceps and thighs, which made both of them amazed at the functions of the system once again.
Changing into another similar dress as before, Noah then walked out of the bathroom before moving towards the head priest's room. Elios guided him towards that place and told him bits about the head priest along with the Saintess Alicia and Lucas.
In this Temple, there were three positions with the highest authorities. The Pope, the Saintesses and the Guardians. And below them were the head priests, along with a few other ranks such as Inquesters and such.
There were 3 Saintess in total in the Kingdom of Light under Goddess Alepsia, but there was a rumour of another Saintess appearing. They were beings that could hear the voices of Goddesses and can take a bit of their power if a situation arose. They were probably the strongest beings in the entire Alepsia continent after the Guardians, who were blessed with immense blessings allowing them to protect the saintesses.

'What about the head priest?'(Noah)
[Below the Saintess, they have the authority of an entire temple. For example, the entire temple here is under control by the head priest. Nobody other than the pope, the saintess and the guardians, could say anything against his orders.](Elios)
'I think I have the gist of it.'(Noah)
Noah spoke as he finally stood in front of the door of the head priest. There were two guards wearing silver golden armour in front of the gate. Observing Noah standing there, both of them looked at each other and nodded before slowly opening the door to the main office.
Noah was surprised a bit that he didn't have to introduce himself or ask permission, but then he simply walked into the big lavish office where the head priest was looking at papers on the table. Dark circles under his eyes, made him seem a bit more exhausted than he normally used to be.
Though other than him, there were two more familiar faces present in the room.
"We were waiting for you, Elios. Did you have a proper rest?"(Saintess Alicia)
"..."(Lucas)
They were the same duo that helped him reach this temple yesterday. The Saintess was sitting in one of the chairs against the dining table in the office. As for Lucas, he was standing guard as usual.
"Come sit here."(Saintess Alicia)
She pointed at the chair opposite to her, and Noah nodded before moving there, taking a seat. And then as the greyish blue eyes of Saintess Alicia glowed a bit, she asked the first question,
"Let me be direct, Elios. Can you use Dark Magic?"
