Han Xi and Chu Ci saw the WeChat message and immediately called that girl. Right now, Li Manman is on a yacht, her floral long dress fluttering in the sea breeze.
She looked at the name on the phone screen and pressed the answer button directly.
"Manman, how come you’re with Tong Ze? Where are you guys?"
On the other end of the line, Han Xi and Chu Ci were having lunch in a restaurant, thinking that if Feng Yi saw this photo, he’d surely be furious.
"We’re in Bali Island. He flew here himself last night; it’s none of my business."
Chu Ci grumbled, dissatisfied, at the phone on the dining table which was on speaker: "Isn’t this a bit too much? Feng Yi is waiting for you to come back eagerly, yet you’re out having fun with Tong Ze."
"Dear sisters, can we not mention Feng Yi?"
Han Xi put her chopsticks down and leaned towards the table: "A little drama spices things up, but too much will hurt. If you torment Feng Yi badly, you’ll just feel sorry for him later. Enough is enough."
Li Manman lifted her hand to tuck the hair blown around by the wind behind her ear, looking at the distant seagulls with a forlorn expression: "This time I’m not joking. From the moment he didn’t trust me, I really wanted to let go, even though I still love him very much. With time, I should be able to let go, right?"
After she finished speaking, Han Xi and Chu Ci exchanged a frown. Although they felt a bit sorry for Feng Yi, the things he did to Manman before were indeed infuriating.
"Alright then, enjoy yourself first. We can talk more when you’re back."

Three days later, Li Manman and Tong Ze landed at the airport in An City. Knowing she was coming back today, Han Xi specifically took leave to come with Chu Ci to pick her up.
Li Manman came out of the airport and saw Han Xi’s car parked by the roadside from afar.
Tong Ze put Li Manman’s luggage in the trunk, greeted Han Xi and Chu Ci, and left. There was something urgent waiting for him to handle at the company, and his assistant was already driving over to pick him up.
As soon as Li Manman got in the car, Chu Ci started her barrage of questions: "Don’t you know Tong Ze is pursuing you? How come you don’t keep some distance?"

Han Xi looked at the two of them through the rearview mirror and turned the steering wheel to leave the airport: "I heard from Jing Han that Feng Yi hasn’t been to the company for several days and answers calls sounding drunk. How about we take you to see him?"
Li Manman’s heart ached violently: "No need. He’s grown up; he should be fine. I’m hungry. Let’s go eat first."
Chu Ci nudged Li Manman with her elbow: "You’re definitely worried. Stop being stubborn and go see him quickly. You don’t want him to drink so much he gets a stomach bleed. I’ve heard drinking without eating really harms the body."
"Seriously, I’m not going. That Yu Shiyuan should take good care of him. Let’s hurry and eat; we’re all about to starve."
On the surface, Li Manman seemed nonchalant, but inside, she was almost overwhelmed with distress.
"You two can keep being dramatic."
A dozen minutes later, the car stopped at the entrance of a restaurant. As the three of them walked in, Li Manman’s phone rang. She took her phone out of her pocket and glanced at the screen note: "It’s Lu Jinghan calling."
"Feng Yi has a stomach bleed and is already in the hospital. No matter where you are now, come back quickly." Lu Jinghan’s anxious voice came from the other end of the line.
