He initially thought Ye Ranran was freezing, intending for her to soak in warm bath and also drink some soup, to restore her body warmth.
However, he had not expected that she still felt cold even after taking the bath.

"What have you been up to?" Jun Mochan asked in a low voice.
Ye Ranran was not wearing any clothes, she merely had a towel wrapped around her.

One, he was concerned about her health, secondly she just had her menstruation today.
Fearing that she might stain the carpet if she stood for too long, Ye Ranran, embarrassed, said: "I am going to go change into some clothes."

Jun Mochan didn’t immediately let go of her, instead, he grabbed her arm, lifting her wrist, his fingers gently brushing over the horrific scars on it.

Jun Mochan noticed Ye Ranran was growing really patient, she used to inform him about everything but now she wouldn’t say anything unless asked.
"If I say that I accidentally bumped into something, would you believe it?" Ye Ranran blinked her big eyes, trying to look adorable.
Jun Mochan looked at her with a fake smile: "What does madam think?"
Well okay, not even a three year old would believe this, let alone him.
"Then you swear that you won’t blame me once you know what happened."
"I would only give you a beating."
Ye Ranran, looking grief stricken, stared at him, "You don’t love me anymore."
He was being so cruel to her.
"Are you telling me that you have another woman?" Ye Ranran lowered her head, her shoulders shaking, as if sobbing.
Jun Mochan gently stroked her hair: "Hasn’t madam heard the saying, to hit is to love?"
Ye Ranran: "..." she was left speechless.
"Better confess quickly, if I found out from a third person, you know what will happen, madam."
He was threatening her again. Ye Ranran wanted to flip a desk out of anger but dared not reveal any of this on her face. She honestly explained everything.
"That’s the whole truth. I never expected it to turn out this way." Ye Ranran said earnestly.
"To my surprise, madam is so strong, quite brave." Jun Mochan gave a half-hearted smile, looking at Ye Ranran.
Ye Ranran, who knew him well, could tell that he was angry, very upset.

"Go change your clothes, I will go downstairs and fix something for you to eat."
Once out of the room, Jun Mochan immediately called Zhou Xian: "I need all the information on Ranran from this recent period of time."
"Okay." Two minutes passed before Zhou Xian’s voice came from the other end of the line.
